Chef Catarina Goya

from Aura Dim Sum

Chef Catarina has specialized herself in asian cuisine when she started working on a prestige restaurant in Chinatown, London. Since then she dedicates herself to her passion the Dim Sum and to the asiatic cuisine. This passion made her want to learn the history and the traditional technics with the Masters of this art and the experts of the gastronomic scene of Singapore.

On this trip, she became involved in traditional and modern techniques, making classic and contemporary recipes. She also starts developing her own recipes, presenting a signature cuisine. As a result of her gastronomic trips to the different countries of Asia, the Chef also incorporates in her repertoire different recipes of typical dishes of Southeast Asia, particularly Vietnam and Thailand.

Currently, she divides her time between Portugal and Spain, where again she wants to share her enthusiasm for these Cantonese delights, which she prepares from scratch, i.e. from the homemade pasta to the filling, always faithful to her three fundamental values: delicacy, taste, and beauty.

So let yourself be carried away by a sensory journey full of exotic flavors, experience, knowledge, and passion, at the hands of Chef Catarina.
